Patrick McElligott Mr. McElligott is the Board representative for members of the Law Enforcement Officers' and Firefighters' Retirement System (LEOFF). Now serving his third term on the State Investment Board, Pat McElligott's re-appointment was in January, 2007. He served as Board Chair from September, 2005 to September, 2007. He is Chair of the WSIB's Private Markets Committee. Professionally, Mr. McElligott is Vice President for the Washington State Council of Fire Fighters (WSCFF). He also serves as President of the Tacoma Professional Fire Fighters Local #31. He is a delegate to the Washington State Labor Council and a member and Chairman of the City of Tacoma Joint Labor Committee. A former fire fighter for the King County District #39, Mr. McElligott was appointed to serve on the Fire Protection Policy Board Subcommittee on Certification & Accreditation Standards in 1991 and was elected Chair of the Certification and Accreditation Committee in 1995.
